Embroidery Application Pricing Guide:
Use this guide to estimate the cost of embroidering garments with your logo or other artwork. Please note that our guide indicates per-garment embroidery cost.

Set-Up Charge:
- Camera ready artwork must be provided
- Minimum set-up charge is $24.00 per order
- Digitizing logos – An additional $12.00 per 1,000 stitches will be charged per design
- Stock designs and lettering charge by stitch count only.
Metallic Thread:
- Add $1.00 per application - pocket size
- Add $3.00 per application - full size
Individual Names:
Pocket Area Embroidery:
- 3.5 X 4 inch minimum area
- $0.50 per thousand stitches (the number of colors used has no bearing on the price - priced by stitch count only)
- Add $0.25 per garment on knits and terry cloth garments. Solvy (a plastic film used on these items for smoother sewing) must be picked out for each sewing
Sample Charges:
- There are no charges for a sew-out on a swatch
- A sew-out on a garment (other than a swatch) will be charged the normal embroidery charge, the price of the garment and shipping costs
